Gardner Minshew II, the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year, is the 2018-19 Tom Hansen Medal recipient for outstanding male student-athlete at Washington State. Minshew II led the NCAA in passing (367.6) while setting Pac-12 and WSU single-season records in passing yards and completions (468).
