Despite a strong offensive effort from Zylan Cheatham, No. 11 seed Arizona State lost control of sixth-seeded Buffalo in the middle of the first half and ultimately fell to the Bulls, 91-74, on Friday in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The redshirt senior scored a team-high 22 points and had eight rebounds on the afternoon. Before joining the coaching staff at ASU, Bobby Hurley spent two years at Buffalo, taking the Bulls to the first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history in 2015.
