Pac-12 Networks' Rich Burk and Amy Van Dyken recap all the action from night three of the 2020 Pac-12 Women's Swimming & Diving and Men's Diving Championships. Stanford led the night with four wins: Brooke Forde posted a nation-leading 4:01.53 in the 400 IM, Allie Raab topped the 100 breast in 59.35, Carolina Sculti won the 3-meter diving competition with a 378.55 and the Cardinal won the 200 medley relay in 1:35.93. USC picked up two wins on the night with Louise Hansson completing her four-peat in the 100 fly (49.94) and Laticia Transom taking a comfortable win in the 200 free (1:42.47). Cal's Izzy Ivey nabbed her first individual Pac-12 title with a win in the 100 back, going 51.06.
