Valencia was named Outstanding Wrestler of the Virginia Duals, given annually to the best wrestler competing in the tournament as voted upon by all coaches in attendance. He went 4-0 on the weekend as Arizona State finished 3rd at VA Duals, its highest team finish since 1997.
