A seven-time NCAA All-American, Arizona swimming and diving's Brooks Fail is the Wildcats' 2021-22 male Tom Hansen Medal winner. Fail owns Arizona school records in the 400-meter individual medley and 1,650-meter freestyle and i a three-time Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll awardee.
