Cal's Lauren Forte was named Pac-12 Women's Volleyball Freshman Player of the Week after posting a game-high .677 hitting percentage in the Bears' sweep over Oregon. Forte committed only one error and averaged a .500 attack percentage through the weekend. She also finished with 9.0 total blocks for 1.50 b/s average and recorded 6.0 blocks against the Beavers.
