USC men's basketball enjoyed its most successful season is recent memory, culminating in its first trip to the Elite Eight since 2001. The Trojans' run came to an end with a loss to the top-ranked team in the country, No. 1 Gonzaga on Tuesday night in Indianapolis. During the 2020-21 season, Trojan fans enjoyed nightly heroics from the Mobley brothers as USC went 25-8 on the year. Isaiah Mobley improved markedly in his sophomore campaign while freshman Evan Mobley became a sensation, winning Pac-12 Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and Defensive Player of the year.
