Pac-12 Networks' Mike Yam and Yogi Roth break down the first edition of the 2019 College Football Playoff rankings after they were released Tuesday night. The Pac-12 has two teams in the top 10, as Pac-12 North leaders Oregon checked in at No. 7 with Pac-12 South leaders Utah at No. 8. Those rankings put both teams in prime position for a College Football Playoff berth should they take care of business throughout the rest of the season.
