Father/son duo Luis and Cristian Zendejas represent two generations of Arizona State kickers. Sophomore Cristian gave his father, who kicked for the Sun Devils from 1981 to 1984, his ring from the 2017 Sun Bowl to go along with Luis' ring from the 1983 Fiesta Bowl. The pair told the story about Cristian being awarded a full scholarship in a team meeting as well.
