Arizona State’s DeAndre Pierce got the season started off on a high note, picking off Southern Utah and returning the interception 34 yards for the No. 25 Sun Devils. Pierce’s pick set-up a 3-yard touchdown run from DeaMonte Trayanum to give the Sun Devils a quick 6-0 lead in their home-opener on Thursday, September 2nd in Tempe.
