Oregon State clinched a first round bye in the Pac-12 Tournament and a winning record in conference play for the first time since the 1989-90 season with an 85-77 victory over Washington State at Beasley Coliseum on Saturday. Stephen Thompson Jr. tallied 26 points and moved into fourth place on Oregon State's all-time scoring list. Tres Tinkle also tacked on 26 points and 12 rebounds, marking the 64th-straight game he's scored in double digits. Washington State's Robert Franks racked up a career-high 37 points and leads the conference with five 30+ point games this season.
