Less than a week after upsetting a top-25 opponent in No. 6 Kentucky, Utah men's basketball was unable to repeat the feat, falling to No. 20 San Diego State 80-52 on Saturday night. Playing in the famed Staples Center in Los Angeles, the Runnin' Utes were held to a season-low 52 points. Timmy Allen led the way for Utah, scoring 21 points, his seventh straight game with at least 20 points but it could not lift the Runnin' Utes who fell to 9-3 on the season.
