The Sun Devils were eliminated Saturday after falling to Sacramento State 5-4. A critical error in the bottom of the eighth inning by shortstop Drew Stankiewicz opened the door for Sacramento to break a 2-2 tie and score three runs. RJ Yabarra’s ninth inning pinch-hit two-run home run brought Arizona State within one, but the Sun Devils were unable to complete the comeback and save their season.
