Washington State men's basketball used a big second half to get past Arkansas-Pine Bluff 65-50 on Sunday night in Pullman. Arkansas-Pine Bluff took a two-point lead into halftime, but the Cougars outscored the Golden Lions 39-22 in the latter half to end 2019 on a high note. CJ Elleby led the Cougars with 22 points while Jeff Pollard (11) and Isaac Bonton (16) each notched double-digits as well. Washington improved to 9-4 after closing out non-conference play and will begin Pac-12 competition on Thursday by hosting USC.
