Oregon outscored Syracuse 31-16 during the third quarter Sunday in upstate New York to snag a top-20 road win by an 81-64 final. Satou Sabally dropped 23 points in her first game of the season, and the Ducks received 19 points apiece from Erin Boley and Sabrina Ionescu. Oregon shot 43.1 percent from the floor in the cavernous Carrier Dome, securing its fourth win of the season.
