After falling to No. 2 Minnesota in the first set, No. 15 Oregon would bounce back to take the second set 41-39 and ultimately upset the Golden Golphers in four sets in the NCAA Women's Volleyball Regional Semifinal match in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Duck middle blocker Ronika Stone was lights out at the net with 20 kills, a .500 hitting percentage and five blocks, followed by Lindsey Vander Weide who managed 17 kills and hit .250. Oregon senior August Raskie accomplished her second triple-double of the year with 60 assists, 11 digs and 10 kills to help lift UO to the program's first Elite Eight appearance since 2012.
