Robert Franks finished with a team-high 22 points (8-for-13 FG) and eclipsed the 1,000-point mark in his career, but Washington State fell to San Diego 82-75 in the Las Vegas Classic Saturday. Toreros forward Isaiah Pineiro had 30 points (11-for-16 FG) and eight rebounds.
