Stanford men's basketball started Pac-12 action by defeating its arch-rival California 68-52 on Thursday night in Stanford. Daejon Davis led the way for the Cardinal with a team-high 20 points and six rebounds. It was the juniors' first 20-point game of the season. On Cal's side, Grant Antecevich notched a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Stanford improved to 12-2 on the season while Cal fell to 6-8.
