USC dropped its third game of the year Saturday in South Bend, IN after a 30-27 loss to No. 9 Notre Dame. Quarterback Kedon Slovis returned from injury in the contest, and tallied 255 yards and two touchdowns on 24/35 through the air. Trojans running back Markese Stepp added 82 yards and a score on the ground. USC was down 20-3 in the third quarter, but rallied late to bring the gap to three points before running out of time to just miss out on their first road win this year.
