Washington plates five runs in the eighth inning and Joe DeMers tosses eight innings of one-run ball en route to 7-1 win over UConn Friday morning during the NCAA Regionals in Conway, South Carolina. Joe Wainhouse launched a long home run to right in the top of the sixth inning, his 15th of the season, to put the Huskies up for good.
