All across the Pac-12, student-athletes took the opportunity to discuss the importance of mental health at various media day events for football, men's basketball and women's basketball. No. 2 UCLA defeated No. 3 Stanford to start the day, followed by No. 1 USC defeating No. 4 Cal, No. 5 Washington defeating No. 8 Utah, No. 6 Arizona State defeating No. 7 Arizona, No. 3 Stanford defeating No. 5 Washington and ending the day with the Sun Devils defeating Cal.
