Arizona women's soccer opened the day with a 3-2 victory over CSUN behind goals from Jill Aguilera (2) and Desiree Foster (1). Aguilera's pair of goals against CSUN moves the senior into top-three in program history for career goals. Arizona moves to 2-2 on the season. In the Desert Classic finale between No. 21 Arizona State and No. 17 LSU, senior forward Olivia Nguyen scored the game's opening goal in under the first minute of action. From that point on LSU seized control in the battle of unbeatens, defeating ASU by a final score of 5-2. The Sun Devils drop to 5-1 overall.
