Pac-12 Networks' Thad Anderson and J.T. Snow recap Utah baseball's 7-3 win over UC Riverside on Thursday night. Utah's Jayson Rose struck out nine batters on the night to break the Utes' all time strikeout record. He had one strikeout in both the first and second innings and struck out the side in the third inning to tie then break the record.
