No. 2 USC hosted No. 9 Long Beach State and No. 5 Pepperdine at Merle Norman Stadium on Thursday. The Trojans swept Long Beach State in their first and only meeting of the regular season, 5-0, and took revenge over Pepperdine, clinching a 4-1 win, after falling to the Waves 3-2 (March 30). USC has now won six straight matches and 12 of its last 14 duals.
