Pac-12 Networks’ A.J. Kanell takes a closer look at Washington women’s soccer’s first win of the season, a 1-0 triumph over Loyola Marymount on Sunday, August 29th in Seattle. It was the Huskies home opener and the first time they had played in front of their home crowd since 2019. The lone goal of the match was scored by Washington midfielder Ameera Hussen in the 53rd minute.
