USC's Matthew Acosta crushed a two-run homer in the fifth inning, earning his second home run of the season. In his third career start, USC's Connor Lunn threw for 8.2 innings, permitting two runs on seven hits and striking out eight. The Trojans continue their three game series with the Bruins on Saturday.
