Pac-12 Networks' Kate Scott and Layshia Clarendon break down Utah's 72-68 victory over Washington State in Pullman on Friday evening. Three Cougars scored in double-figures, led by Chanelle Molina and Alexys Swedlund with 17 points each. WSU entered the second half trailing to Utah by 16, but tied things up, 64-64, with a little more than five minutes left in the fourth quarter. However, the Cougars failed to keep pace with the Utes, led by Megan Huff with 21 points and 8 rebounds, and followed by freshman Dre'Una Edwards' career-high 20 points and six rebounds.
