Candiotti worked his 1st career complete game shutout to help Arizona secure series win over Stanford, the 1st complete game shutout by an Arizona pitcher since Garrett Irvin in the 2021 Tucson NCAA Regional.

McClain had an insane 5-game stretch, leading ASU to a 4-1 record for the week and a series victory over Washington and a midweek sweep over UC San Diego, going 13-for-22 (.591) with 5 home runs, 13 RBI and 13 runs scored.

Travis Bazzana set a single-season home run program record in a 10-6 victory for No. 7 Oregon State baseball over Washington State on Sunday, May 5 in Pullman. Bazzana hit three home runs in the series finale and extended his season total to 24 to break Jim Wilson’s program record of 21 home runs in the 1982 season.

No. 25 Oregon softball salvaged the series finale over No. 6 Stanford by a final score of 1-0 on Sunday, May 5 at Boyd & Jill Smith Family Stadium. Elise Sokolsky pitched a complete game shutout behind six strikeouts, while Ariel Carlson scored the lone run of the ball game for the Ducks.
