Sabrina Ionescu's day started in Los Angeles at the touching memorial service for Kobe and Gigi Bryant. Ionescu gave an emotional eulogy at the event, touching on her connection with the Bryant family and her mentorship of Gigi. Later, she would fly back to the Bay Area where she made NCAA history against Stanford as the first student-athlete to record 2,000+ points, 1,000+ assists and 1,000+ rebounds in her career. Unbeknownst to many, she persevered through a bout with the flu, according to Oregon head coach Kelly Graves.
