With Spencer Torkelson going No. 1 overall in the 2020 MLB Draft to the Tigers, the Pac-12 becomes the first college conference to have the top MLB Draft pick in back-to-back years; Oregon State's Adley Rutschman went No. 1 to the Orioles in 2019.
