Stanford thrower Valarie Allman is named a co-winner of the Pac-12 Woman the Year award. The honor is given to a graduating student-athlete who has distinguished herself throughout her collegiate careers in the areas of academic achievement, athletics excellence, community service and leadership. Allman is the first Stanford winner since Chiney Ogwumike in 2014.
