Oregon State's Tres Tinkle is named Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week after helping to lead the Beavers to their first conference road sweep in 10 years. Tinkle averaged 25 points, 7 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the wins over Colorado and Utah. He also shot 53.1 percent from the field, 44.4 percent from beyond the arc and 80 percent from the free throw line in the two games. In Oregon State's first win in Salt Lake City since 2012, Tinkle racked up 31 points (which is only one point shy of his career high), six rebounds, four assists and two blocks. The victory over Colorado also marked the first for the Beavers in Boulder since 2013.
