USC junior Anna Cockrell captures NCAA 400-meter hurdles title in commanding fashion

USC's Anna Cockrell runs a 2019 collegiate-best 55.23 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles Saturday during the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships to win the individual title. She joins Natasha Danvers & Dalilah Muhammad as three-time scorers in the event. The junior's time was just .08 seconds off her PR, and she beat the second-place finisher, Gabby Scott, by 0.81 seconds.
