USC sprinter Lanae-Tava Thomas wins Pac-12 Women's Track & Field Freshman of the Year honor

Lanae-Tava Thomas becomes the third consecutive USC student-athlete to win the Pac-12 Women's Track & Field Freshman of the Year award. She led all freshmen at the Pac-12 Championships by contributing 16.5 points to USC's title. Thomas placed second in the 200-meter dash and third in the 100. She also ran the third leg of USC's victorious 4x100 relay.
