Utah men's basketball's Timmy Allen earned Pac-12 Player of the Week honors after averaging 25.5 points across two victories. Against in-state rival BYU, Allen set a career high with 27 points as he guided the Runnin' Utes to their first victory over the Cougars in their past three meetings. He followed up that performance with 24 points in just 26 minutes of play against Central Arkansas. With the two wins, Utah improved to 7-2 on the season including a perfect 5-0 at home.
