Washington State's Penny Tusa is named Pac-12 Women's Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week after helping lift the Cougars to their first win on the road at Utah and WSU volleyball's first week sweep of both Utah and Colorado on the road. Tusa posted a career-high 19 kills against Colorado and had consecutive double-doubles during the week.
