Pac-12 Networks football analyst Yogi Roth takes a look at Justin Herbert's place in the 2019 Heisman Trophy conversation. Roth says he's spoken to countless in the NFL who consider the Eugene native their top quarterback coming out of the college ranks. Herbert is coming off his fourth four passing-touchdown performance of the season en route to Oregon's fifth straight game with 30 or more points.
