Duan Makes the Cut on Day Two of the U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship

KINGSTON SPRINGS, Tenn. – Incoming women's golf Husky Alice Duan may not have matched her day one score at the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship but she carded a 2-over 74 for a two-day stroke play total of 1-under 141 (68-73). She tied for 33rd which easily advanced her to the match play portion of the event, the Round of 64, which begins on Wednesday.

KINGSTON SPRINGS, Tenn. -- Incoming University of Washington transfer Alice Duan started off the 2018 U.S. Women's Amateur with a stellar round, carding a 3-under 68 to tie for ninth following the tournament's first 18 holes of stroke play on Monday. The event, which runs from Aug. 6-12, is taking place at the Golf Club of Tennessee in Kingston Springs.

Huskies Make the Cut to Advance to Final Day of Stroke Play at NCAAs

STILLWATER, Okla. – The 15th ranked University of Washington women's golf team used its best round of the NCAA Championships on Sunday to finish 14th at 38-over 902 (303-300-299). The top 15 teams from the 24-team field earned a spot in the final 18 with the top after Monday will move on to match play action starting on Tuesday at Karsten Creek Golf Course.

Huskies Will Enter Day Three of NCAA Championships in 11th

STILLWATER, Okla. – Following Saturday's second round at the 2018 NCAA Championships, the 15th-ranked Washington women's golf team now sits in 11th place at 27-over 603 (303-300) heading into Sunday's 18 holes. Following the third round, nine of the 24 teams will be cut leaving 15 to play on Monday which will then decide the eight teams that advance to match play on Tuesday and Wednesday.
