Rhee Tied for Second After Shortened First Day at Bruin/Wave Invitational

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – University of Washington senior Sarah Rhee led the Huskies on day one of the Bruin/Wave Invitational as she is tied for second with a 2-over 146 (71-75). The Huskies as a team are in ninth at 42-over 618 (305-313) as many other players did not finish their second round and will complete their final holes Tuesday morning before moving on to the third round at San Luis Obispo Country Club.

UW in 15th After Round Two of Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate

NEW ORLEANS – The 18th ranked University of Washington women's golf team carded a 24-over 312 during round two of the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate on Monday at English Turn Golf & Country Club in New Orleans. The Huskies' two-day total of 36-over 612 (300-312) has them in 15th place heading into Tuesday's final 18 holes.

Huskies Sit Tied for 12th After Round One At Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate

NEW ORLEANS – The 18th ranked University of Washington women's golf team opened play at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate on Sunday and currently sit in a tie for 12th after the first 18 holes of the three-day event. The Huskies carded a 12-over 300 during round one in very windy conditions that only saw two teams shoot under par on the day.

SEATTLE – The University of Washington women's golf team heads to New Orleans to take part in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate hosted by Tulane University. The three-day event takes place Sunday-Tuesday, Feb. 17-19 with 18 holes each day at the par-72, 6,239 yard English Turn Golf & Country Club in New Orleans. The tournament features eight of the top 25 teams in the country. Washington tees off at 8:20 a.m. on Sunday and will be paired with Auburn and South Carolina.

Huskies Place Ninth in Stacked Field at Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge

PALOS VERDES, Calif. – The 19th-ranked University of Washington women's golf team earned a ninth-place finish in its first tournament of the spring campaign as it posted a 45-over 897 in very difficult conditions at Palos Verdes Golf Club at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge. The Huskies continued to improve upon their scores each day going 308-296-293 to help them climb three spots on the leaderboard during the final round.
