Get To Know: Anna Miller

Anna Miller joined Washington this last season after a stellar career at Concordia, where she was named an All-American. A native of Issaquah, Wash., Miller played her high school soccer with fellow Huskies Claudia Longo and Kaylene Pang. She won a championship while at Issaquah and led the team to an undefeated season as a junior. This year with Washington, Miller served as the Huskies' backup keeper.

Get To Know: Makena Carr

Makena Carr quickly got her feet wet in her first year of collegiate soccer, with a shot on goal in her very first action against 7 Florida. Carr would go on to start two games this season. She would assist on the game-winning goal against Oregon for her first career point. In all, Carr would play almost 500 minutes in her 16 appearances for UW.

Get To Know: Summer Yates

Summer Yates put together an impressive freshman campaign for Washington, finishing second on the team in points and leading the Huskies in shots. In her first seven career games, she scored three goals, including her first career gamewinner against Utah Valley. Yates would also assist on a goal in that 2-1 win for the Huskies.

Fierce Game Falls The Wrong Way For Washington 3-1

Tempers flared in a contentious Boeing Apple Cup Series battle, with the Washington Huskies falling 3-1 to the Washington State Cougars. The Huskies held the ball in the attacking half much of the second half and put together a furious attack after a red card gave them a man advantage, but the deficit proved too much to overcome.
