SAN FRANCISCO – Colorado's soccer team was picked fifth in the Pac-12 Preseason Coaches Poll on Tuesday. The Buffs received 74 points and came in behind first-place Stanford (121 points), UCLA (109), Southern California (98) and California (90).
BOULDER – Colorado's soccer team held its Black & Gold Scrimmage on Sunday at Prentup Field, in conjunction with a kids clinic and other festivities planned for fans and supporters of the program before the start of the season.
BOULDER – Colorado's goalkeepers combined to break or tie 15 individual and team records last season. With Jalen Tompkins and Scout Watson both back for their respective junior and senior seasons in 2018, that position once again figures to be perhaps the strongest on the team with the potential to break more records.
BOULDER – Colorado's soccer team completed its first two training sessions of the 2018 season on Tuesday, in addition to some fitness testing in the morning. The Buffs are scheduled for two-a-day practices for the first two weeks with a scheduled off-day each week as well. The team opens the season at Air Force on Aug. 16 and returns home to face Colorado State on Aug. 19 at Prentup Field.
BOULDER – Colorado's 2018 soccer season is just around the corner with the team reporting to campus on Monday, July 30, and beginning training the following day. The Buffs will conduct two-a-day practices for the first two weeks of camp with an off-day each week.
