In the final game of their two-week road trip, the Washington Huskies won in resounding fashion 5-0 over the Cal Poly Mustangs. Three goals in the first half put the game out of reach quickly as Washington hounded the Mustangs constantly and held a heavy advantage in possession. Washington moves to 4-2-2 entering Pac-12 play next week.
The Washington Huskies will stay on the road for one more game before Pac-12 play begins, facing the Cal Poly Mustangs on Thursday in San Luis Obispo, California. This will be Washington's fourth consecutive road game and third of this two-week road trip.

The Washington Huskies took their first road loss of 2019, falling 2-0 to the Texas Longhorns after two second-half goals. It was just the second time all year that Washington has allowed multiple goals in a single game and the only time Washington has lost by more than a goal.
