Huskies End Non-Conference Season With Cross-Town Matchup

The Washington Huskies will finish their non-conference season this week with a game against the Seattle U Redhawks on the Seattle U campus. This will be the final game before Pac-12 play begins for the Huskies, with Washington sitting at 4-2-1 going into the week. Washington will look to continue their unbeaten streak against Seattle U: all-time, the Huskies are 12-0-0 against their cross-town rivals, including last year's 3-0 win on Montlake.

Late Goals By Hussen, Yates Carry Huskies To 2-1 Win

A dominating performance in possession led to a 2-1 Husky win over Utah Valley Sunday, wrapping up a perfect 2-0-0 weekend for Washington. Ameera Hussen and Summer Yates each scored in the game's final ten minutes to clinch the win for the Huskies, who controlled the ball for the vast majority of the match. Washington managed 22 shots in the game, its fourth consecutive game with over 15 shots.

Get To Know: Natasa Eleftheriou

After making one appearance last season, Natasa Eleftheriou has played in two of Washington's first six matches this year, firing a shot against UC Irvine. The junior has provided some invaluable minutes in relief of the Husky central defense, helping Washington to wins in both of her games.

Dumesnil, Van Der Jagt Key 2-1 OT Win

The Washington Huskies continued their winning ways in Portland, taking a 2-1 victory over the UC Irvine Anteaters thanks to goals from Pascale Dumesnil and Olivia Van der Jagt. Washington put 11 shots on goal in the game and have had over ten shots on goal in back-to-back games.
