Ducks Stun No. 12 California in Home Finale
EUGENE, Ore. — The University of Oregon women’s soccer team stunned No. 12 California 1-0 Monday night behind a game-winning blast from Maryn Beutler and Abby Steele’s penalty kick save. In Oregon’s (4-9-3, 2-5-1) final game at Papé Field, Beutler bagged a 55th minute goal to seal the Duck’s (4-9-3, 2-5-1) first victory over a top 25 team since 2011.
