Victoria Ishimatsu Wins U.S. Title On 1-Meter

Former USC diver Victoria Ishimatsu, an NCAA champion in 2012, won the women's 1-meter title at the USA Diving Winter National Championships on Tuesday (Dec. 17) in Austin, Texas.
