Football Arrives in El Paso to Begin Sun Bowl Trip

EL PASO, Texas – The UCLA football team arrived in El Paso to begin its preparations for the Sun Bowl. The Bruins were welcomed at the El Paso International Airport by the Sun Bowl committee and numerous local entertainment.
UCLA will face Virginia Tech in the 80th Hyundai Sun Bowl. The game is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 31, with kickoff slated for 11 a.m. PT. CBS will broadcast the contest with Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson on the call. They will be joined by Tracy Wolfson from the sideline.
