Todd McShane Promoted to Asst. Player Personnel

Oregon State head football coach Mike Riley has announced the promotion of Todd McShane to assistant director of player personnel. McShane assumes the role that was vacant due to the promotion of Ryan Gunderson to director of player personnel.

McShane has been with the Beaver football program since July of 2007, starting as a student equipment manager. From 2011 through July 2014 he served as an intern in the administrative offices for OSU football.

McShane, a graduate of OSU with a bachelor’s of science degree in health management and policy with a minor in athletic administration, will assist in the coordination of all recruiting activities for the Beavers.  He also will provide administrative support for other operational units.

Oregon State begins preparations for the 2014 football season with the first practice scheduled for Mon., Aug. 4.

The seven-game home schedule includes the 118th edition of the Civil War, presented by The Oregon College Savings Plan, PacificSource Health Plans, Your Local Ford Stores, Wells Fargo and McDonald’s. The remainder of the home slate includes Portland State, San Diego State, Utah, California, Washington State and Arizona State.
