Football Caps Off Last Two-a-Day of Training Camp

LOS ANGELES – The UCLA football team capped off its last two-a-day of training camp on Tuesday at Spaulding Field. The Bruins opened the day in full pads and then returned for a night practice in helmets and shorts.

UCLA will continue camp this week and then dive into game preparations next week for Virginia. All practices on campus are closed to the public. 

The Bruins' 2014 football season kicks off on Saturday, Aug. 30 at Noon ET, at Virginia. UCLA's home opener will take place on Saturday, Sept. 6 at 7pm, at the Rose Bowl against Memphis. Season tickets for the 2014 season are on sale now at uclabruins.com/tickets. The Bruins have six home games at the Rose Bowl in 2014 – Sept. 6 vs. Memphis, Oct. 4 vs. Utah, Oct. 11 vs. Oregon, Nov. 1 vs. Arizona, Nov. 22 vs. USC and Nov. 28 vs. Stanford.
