Pac-12 Football Championship Game: Pac-12 South still in the air
Oregon will represent the Pac-12 North in the Pac-12 Football Championship Game Dec. 5 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Ducks have two games left on their regular-season schedule but hold the tiebreaker over their closest competitor (Stanford) and cannot be knocked from their perch atop the division.
If the Ducks want to use their ample lead time to prepare for their Pac-12 Football Championship Game opponent, they're going to have to watch a lot of tape. The Pac-12 South picture is still fuzzy, and will be for a while.
Five teams -- USC, Arizona, Arizona State, UCLA and Utah -- still are mathematically alive for the champ game according to the Pac-12 football standings through Saturday's action.
