The Beavers' hiring of Gary Andersen from Wisconsin sent the college football sphere into a frenzy on Wednesday afternoon, with several prominent analysts and Oregon State fans showing their support for the hire.

In fact, within minutes of OSU's announcement, Gary Andersen was the #6 trending topic in the world on Twitter.
