Jan 28, 2015

Oregon State head football coach Gary Andersen announced Wednesday the addition of on the field graduate assistants for the 2015 season. Working on the offensive side of the ball will be Keegan Andersen and Brian Wozniak, while Cory Hall and former Beaver football student-athlete Andrew Seumalo will be on defense.

Keegan Andersen is one of three sons of Coach Andersen. He was a graduate assistant last year at Wisconsin after earning four letters as a tight end at Utah State, where he was a three-time academic all-league member while earning his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies.

Wozniak was a four-year letterman tight end at Wisconsin, finishing his eligibility with the 2013 season. He played in 47 career games, starting 21. He signed a free agent contract with the Atlanta Falcons prior to the 2014 season. The Loveland, Ohio native graduated from UW with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and life sciences.

Hall is a six-year NFL veteran defensive back of the Cincinnati Bengals and Falcons, and was named to the NFL All-Pro Rookie team. He served as a graduate assistant at Wisconsin last year. Hall was the head coach at Clovis High School in California from 2011-13. He played college football at Fresno State (1995-98) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management.

Seumalo was a four-year letterman (2009-12) defensive tackle OSU, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in business finance. He earned Pac-12 second team in 2012 and was a three-time Pac-12 academic selection. Seumalo spent the last two years as an off the field assistant for the Beavers. Andrew Seumalo’s brother, Isaac Seumalo, is a junior offensive lineman for the Beavers.

Coach Andersen also announced the promotion of Cameron Radford to the director of football video operations position. Radford has spent the last seven years with the Beaver football program, the last five as the assistant director of football video operations.

Fans are invited to participate in the Feb. 4 National Letter of Intent Signing Day festivities at the Valley Football Center, beginning at 7 a.m. A livestream will be available with interviews with coaches and highlights of head coach Gary Andersen’s first class of Beavers.
